We have spent much of our time and resources developing our Trivalent Passivates to be the very best products offered in the industry. It is safe to say that we are confident that they will outperform the competiton in the way of corrosion resistance, lubricity (coefficient of friction) and aesthetics. Our colored Trivalent Passivate even outperforms most Hexivalent Chromates.
They are really easy to use with very wide operating parameters. The Trivalent Passivate will operate at 40 degrees Farenheight to 130 degrees Farenheight (4 degrees Celsius to 54 degrees Celsius). This is great for both North America, Asia and Europe which all have climate that provide wide temperature swings.
Extended Bath Life. There are no additions needed even after extended downtime. This is great for colored products that may not run every day on your line. This will save you money in the way of reduced chemical usage, decreased changeover time, and less monitoring of your chemicals.
Salt Spray is superior to the competition on the colored products. You can achieve a 96 hour salt spray with .0003 thickness without a topcoat. And with commercial thickness (.00015) you can achieve a 48 hours without a topcoat. (Note: After a cure time of 3 days.)
